Overview

The F4 Referee Academy turns interested teens and adults into confident, capable officials. Our program covers the rulebook, on-field mechanics, positioning, and communication — then pairs new refs with experienced mentors during live games.

It's a great way for older students to earn while they learn, build leadership and decision-making skills, and give back to the league that helped them grow. No prior officiating experience is required.
